| Brand | A reusable sender identity for signature e-mails: address, logo, colour, company name, footer. |
| Bulk generation | A background job that generates documents for many records matching a filter. |
| Canvas template | A template designed in the browser on an artboard, with blocks positioned to the inch. Output is PDF. |
| Certificate of Completion | The page appended to a signed PDF listing each signer, timestamps, IP, consent, verification method and the verify link. |
| Command Hub | The administrator's home in the Welisa DocGen app: templates, bulk generation, signature settings, assets, e-mail templates, brands, buttons. |
| Container auto-expansion | The engine's rule that a loop inside a table row or list item repeats the whole row or item. |
| Document packet | Several templates generated in one action and merged into one PDF, or sent as one signing session. |
| Document Title Format | The template field that names every generated file, with merge tokens. |
| Duplex padding | Adding a blank page to odd-length documents in a Combined PDF so each starts on the front of a sheet. |
| Envelope | A Welisa Envelope record: one row per signature send, whatever the provider. |
| Giant query / large-dataset path | The automatic background path for records with roughly 2,000 to 50,000+ child rows. |
| Guest user | The Salesforce Site or Experience Cloud user under which external signers use the signing pages. |
| Merge tag | A {…} placeholder in a template that the engine replaces with data: {Name}, {#Contacts}…{/Contacts}, {SUM:…}. |
| Org-Wide Email Address (OWA) | A verified sender address configured in Salesforce; required for signature e-mails. |
| PIN verification | The 6-digit e-mailed code a signer enters before seeing a document. |
| Query Configuration | The template setting that defines which fields and child relationships the template can merge. |
| Record Filter | A SOQL WHERE clause on a template that decides for which records it is offered. |
| Runner | The Welisa Runner Lightning component that generates documents from a record page or any Lightning page. |
| Sample / Test Record | A record pinned on the template for previews and the bulk runner's estimates. |
| SES / AES / QES | eIDAS assurance levels: Simple, Advanced and Qualified Electronic Signature. Built-in signing is SES. |
| Signature placement | A {@Signature_Role:Order:Type} position in a template. |
| Signature provider | The engine that signs: built-in, or an external adapter such as DocuSign, chosen by a Welisa Signature Setting record. |
| Signing order | Parallel (all invited at once), Sequential (one after another) or Single (one signer). |
| Stamp card | The default rendering of a completed signature: ink, white backdrop, border and a "Signed by … · date" caption. |
| Template version | A saved revision of a template: the file, its query and render settings. |
